Aztron provides a wide range of general purpose water-based detergents and degreasers to a variety of industries. These products are safe, effective and easy to apply. Simply foam on, allow to set, and rinse with water. Aztron's detergents and degreasers will readily remove a wide range of foulings including light hydrocarbon contamination all the way up to crude oil, and can be safely applied to virtually all process equipment, piping and concrete. These products are biodegradable, compatible with waste water treatment systems, non-caustic, and come in ready-to-use dilutions or concentrates. In addition, our general purpose water-based products are also available at both a neutral and alkaline pH, and in order to meet specific environmental requirements may be formulated with zero VOC's and NPE's.
Aztron has developed a unique line of water and solvent micro-emulsions that are designed to treat and remove heavy fouling such as low gravity crudes asphaltic materials, and tank bottoms. These products have proven particularly effective in the Crude and Coker areas of petroleum refineries. Also, in addition to their effectiveness, these products are non-combustible and are very safe for cleaning hot process areas and equipment. By utilizing other solvents, Aztron also provides micro-emulsions that are specifically designed to remove other difficult foulings such as inks, glues, and adhesives.

Based on over 25 years of chemical cleaning product development experience, Aztron has the expertise to develop custom formulations for difficult foulings that cannot be effectively removed with standard detergents, degreasers, or solvent based products. Custom formulation typically includes a review of the process causing the fouling, evaluation of analytical data provided by the customer, and laboratory testing of custom products with samples of the fouling provided by the customer.
