On-Site Turnkey Cleaning Services

Since the start-up of the company, Aztron has been providing on-site chemical cleaning services for our customers. These services include all required supervision, labor, chemical cleaning products, and application equipment.

To meet the needs of our customers, Aztron has developed a number of on-site cleaning programs. In some cases customers prefer for Aztron to perform all of their routine on-site cleaning. In other cases customers want on-site cleaning services on a less frequent but scheduled basis. Most customers requiring these services also utilize our Bulk Soap Program. This enables Aztron to respond very quickly with labor and equipment and utilize product in the tanks already on location.

Aztron also provides chemical cleaning services on a project or call-out basis. For these customers, Aztron will provide the labor and equipment, and deliver and stage the chemical cleaning products on-site in portable tanks or totes.

The following turnkey on-site services are offered by Aztron:

Scheduled Routine Chemical Cleaning: Aztron will provide one or more chemical technicians on an agreed to scheduled basis to clean process areas or equipment.

Turnkey Cleaning Projects: Trained and experienced crews will clean specific equipment, operating units, process areas, piping, distillation towers, pumps, walls, floors, manufacturing machinery, and concrete.

Pre and Post Turnaround Cleaning: Aztron technicians will clean the external surfaces of pumps, stands, heat exchangers, and other equipment to be removed or repaired prior to starting turnarounds in refineries and petrochemical plants, and clean the entire area or unit following the completion of the turnaround.

Emergency Clean Up of Spills or Tank Overflows: Once spills have been contained and product recovered/removed by emergency response crews, Aztron can rapidly respond with on-call personnel and provide chemical cleaning of equipment, piping, vessels, and concrete that has been contaminated with spilled hydrocarbons.

Fin Fan Cleaning: Dirty, clogged, or fouled fins on Fin Fan Heat Exchangers can greatly reduce cooling capacity and decrease production rates. Using Fin Safe, our proprietary surfactant formulation for cleaning the Fin Fan Heat Exchangers, Aztron can safely and thoroughly clean the fin fans and restore cooling capacity. Our experienced crews have successfully completed a large number of jobs including cleaning projects with up to 260 fin fans per job.
