SysClean™ Product Line 

SysClean™ DG

SysClean™ DG is a cleaning and degassing formulation that provides exceptional cleaning of tanks and process equipment, and is designed to effectively remove LEL, H2S, benzene, and other organic contaminants. SysClean™ DG is the most effective product on the market for cleaning and degassing crude and light product tanks. For tank cleaning the product is applied at a 5% concentration at ambient temperature. For process vessels, the SysClean™ DG is used at 2-3% in heated circulations or added directly to steam for vapor phase treatments. 


SysClean™ DGS 

SysClean™ DGS is the same exceptional cleaning formulation as SysClean™ DG but with increased sulfur chemistry for cleaning and degassing process equipment and tanks with higher concentrations of hydrogen sulfide. SysClean™ DGS may be used at ambient temperature for tank cleaning or in heated circulations or vapor phase treatments for cleaning process vessels and equipment.

SysClean™ DL

SysClean™ DL is a cleaning and degassing formulation containing a terpene based solvent that will effectively remove heavy hydrocarbon fouling in refinery/petrochemical process towers, drums, piping, and associated equipment. The SysClean™ DL is typically used at 1-3% in water for heated circulations and is formulated so that the resulting hydrocarbon/water emulsion can be readily broken for easy processing and disposal. The SysClean™ DL may also be added directly to steam in vapor phase treatments.

SysClean™ AS

SysClean™ AS is a cleaning and degassing formulation containing a proprietary blend of aromatic solvents that will effectively remove heavy hydrocarbon fouling in refinery/petrochemical process towers, drums, piping, and associated equipment. The SysClean™ AS is typically used at 1-3% in water for heated circulations and is formulated so that the resulting hydrocarbon/water emulsion can be readily broken for easy processing and disposal. The SysClean™ AS may also be added directly to steam in vapor phase treatments.

SysClean™ AD

An additive blend of solvents and surfactants designed to enhance the cleaning performance of light cycle oil or other cutter stocks used in heated circulations for the removal of heavy bottoms and residual hydrocarbons from distillation towers and other process equipment.

SysClean™ SCA

SysClean™ SCA is a non-flammable, non-hazardous product designed to effectively treat high levels of H2S, mercaptans, and other reactive sulfides in process vessels, scale, hydrocarbon foulings, and in sour water. The product may be used across a wide pH range and will react with the H2S or other sulfides to form a soluble, non-hazardous product. H2S concentrations of up to 10,000 ppm have been successfully and cost effectively treated with SysClean™ SCA.
